How The もしもし Promise Works
Step 1 : Document it
Take a clear photo of the damage. Show us what happened — a broken clasp, a loose crystal, a snapped chain. One or two photos is all we need. This is not about proving fault. It is about helping us understand what went wrong so we can make the next batch even stronger.

Step 2: Send It Back to us
Mail your wristlet to our Hong Kong Studio. We ask that you cover the return shipping — it helps us keep this program running, so we can keep offering it to everyone.

Step 3: your new moshi moshi on the way!
Once we receive and inspect your wristlet, we will ship your replacement — same design, brand new. Because you chose ,moshi moshi, and we stand behind what we make.

What is covered:
The もしもし Promise covers manufacturing and durability issues within 60 days of purchase. This includes broken clasps, crystal detachment, chain breakage, and any structural failure that happens during normal, everyday wear.

Same design, same love:
Your replacement will be the exact same design you originally purchased. The もしもし Promise is a durability guarantee — our commitment to the strength of what we make.

Return shipping:
We ask that you cover the cost of mailing your wristlet back to our Hong Kong studio. This helps us keep The もしもし Promise available to every customer. Once we receive it, the replacement and its shipping to you are on us.

One claim per order:
Each order is eligible for one replacement under The もしもし Promise.

What is not covered:
The もしもし Promise does not cover normal wear and patina (silver naturally develops character over time — that is part of its beauty💙), lost or stolen items.

The 60-day window:
Your 60-day coverage begins on the date of delivery. Keep your order confirmation email — that is your proof of purchase and your ticket to The もしもし Promise.
A Note on Safety
Our wristlets are crafted with real crystals and small beads. While they are designed for durability, they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Please keep your Moshi Moshi wristlet away from young children and pets. Beads and crystals, if detached, can be accidentally swallowed. We love that your little ones (and fur babies) are curious — but safety always comes first.
